Where do you deliver to?



Our economy service delivers to the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland.  
Excluded locations:  
  • Postcodes beginning with IV, HS & ZE  
  • Channel Islands  
  • Scottish Islands  
  • Isle of Man  
  • PO boxes  
    If that includes your address, or you're unsure, please contact us via our email contact form or phone our head office (Monday - Friday, 9am-4pm) on 01677 422524, and we will find a competitive postage price for you.  


    Our Express service is for the UK Mainland only, which excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man & Channel Isles. Please contact us (with your postcode) for a quote if you require speedy delivery to an address in one of these locations.  


    We can send parcels worldwide, but we need your details so we can get a quote together! Please contact us with your address and the items required for a postage quote and we will get straight back to you.  


    How long will my order take to arrive?

    Most items are delivered within 7 working days of your order being placed - busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc, may extend this.  
    Our Express service delivers orders up to 3 working days.  
    All delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays and may increase during busy periods such as Christmas. Delivery times will increase if there is no-one at home on the day of delivery and the courier cannot leave elsewhere.  


    Special Instructions

    If your order is a last-minute present or time is of the essence, please make us aware by contacting us before or after placing your order. We can then advise on the potential delivery date and ensure you get your items on time.  


    How much do you charge?

    Standard delivery starts at 2.99 and will adjust accordingly depending on the size and weight of the items in your basket.  
    Express delivery starts at 7.49.  
    We offer free standard delivery on orders over 50, though some items are exempt due to size restrictions. Please note that, if using vouchers, the free delivery offer is only valid after any discount vouchers have been applied to the basket.  
    Orders over 150 will require a signature on delivery.  


    Where is my order?

    If a courier cannot deliver, they will leave a card with details on what to do next. Couriers usually attempt re-delivery 2 more times before returning to sender. On occasion (or under instruction) they may leave with neighbours, in a safe location, or at a nearby Access Point/Parcelshop for collection.

    Please note, claims for damage or loss may take up to 14 days (from date of complaint) for the courier to resolve; as such, we cannot refund or replace items until the courier has completed their own investigations.  


    Which couriers do you use?

    We use MyHermes for our economy service and Parcelforce for our express orders. We may occasionally use other companies for addresses not serviced by our usual couriers, such as DPD or UPS.  


    When will I be charged?

    Payment will be processed as soon as your order is placed.  


    Can I pay over the phone?

    We cannot take payment over the phone. Your debit or credit card has numerous security protections in place and circumventing these will leave both us and you open to fraud.
