Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to cancel order requests if we have insufficient stock of any goods ordered, if we do not deliver to your area, if one or more items ordered were incorrectly described or priced on the website, or if the payment transaction is not authorised.
Your placing an order and our subsequent order acknowledgement does not constitute the formation of a contract. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered (unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order).
We will notify you by email should there be a problem with your order request and will refund any amount already paid to us by you as soon as possible, at a maximum of 28 days in any event.
You confirm that the credit, debit or store card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All payments are processed through Sagepay, the largest online payment service provider in the UK. As a result we do not hold any of your card details on our systems. Full details of the Sagepay privacy and security policies can be found on their website at www.Sagepay.com. Payment is made at the time your order is placed.
We are not obliged to offer additional compensation for any disappointment suffered. We will only be liable for losses which are foreseeable to both you and to us as a consequence of us breaching these terms and caused by our own negligence. We will not be responsible for any commercial or business losses (including without limit loss of goodwill, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, data, or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us at the time our contract was formed, or at the time you began using the website. We do not exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Nothing in these terms shall affect your statutory rights. If you have any doubts as to your statutory rights then you should contact your Local Citizens Advice Bureau or refer to the Office of Fair Trading website (www.oft.gov.uk).
Vouchers purchased as gifts, given in exchange for returned items or obtained through special offer promotions cannot be exchanged, in part or full, for cash.

Recycling your old electricals is easy!
Recycle your electrical and electronic devices free at your local recycling centre. To find your nearest centre, visit the Recycle More [embed www.recycle-more.co.uk] website and type in your postcode.
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UK’s fastest growing type of waste.
Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.
We’re proud to support your local authority in providing local recycling facilities for electrical equipment.
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with this symbol) in your bin.
What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items.
How are we helping?
In the UK, distributors including retailers must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. As a responsible retailer, we have met the requirements placed on us by financially supporting the national network of WEEE recycling centres established by local authorities. This is achieved through membership of the national Distributor Take-back scheme (DTS).
